Project Name
Project D8

Offering uninterrupted sunset views, the project is a luxurious waterfront residential community seamlessly integrated with office spaces, a boutique hotel, retail establishments, restaurants, and a museum. The design is rooted in a commitment to wellness, achieved through the incorporation of greenery, natural ventilation, panoramic views, controlled daylight, and a diverse range of amenities.

The architecture is composed of a series of descending linear ribbon-like buildings that cascade towards the water, evoking the elegance of luxury yachts. This layout optimises waterfront views for apartments while creating landscaped spaces for amenities, rooftop gardens, and private pools. The ribbons are strategically oriented to provide shaded areas as needed, while also maximising access to sunlight for residential amenities.

Running through triple height voids that are cut through each of the ribbons, a linear park connects each end of the project to the existing masterplan buildings, establishing a more unified and interconnected public realm for the district. This park is oriented to capture the prevailing wind direction, ensuring optimal air circulation to reduce temperatures and encourage year-round utilisation of the outdoor spaces.

Bounded by a dedicated pedestrian and micro-mobility pathway that prioritises connectivity, retail units animate the linear park and a series of landscaped courtyards offer shaded retreats, providing residents and the public with outdoor spaces to relax, dine, and socialise.

Crowning the project is a luxurious hotel and serviced apartment building, which ascends as it approaches the water to maximise views from the hotel rooms. The hotel sits atop a bridge structure that houses an infinity pool, which offers breath-taking views and appears to blend seamlessly with the water and sky.
