Munehiko

Munehiko is Architectural Director at DesignTomorrow, bringing over two decades of international experience across Japan, the UK, China, and the Middle East. His global practice spans cultural institutions, landmark mixed-use developments, and urban masterplans, grounded in a sophisticated command of design, technology, and context. He has led some of the world’s most ambitious projects, including Zayed National Museum, World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi, and The Bund Finance Centre in Shanghai. With Munehiko at the helm, our studio continues to advance architecture that is creative, contextual, and built for the future.

Luca

As a design consultant with DesignTomorrow, Luca brings his extensive design expertise to the team. He is known for integrating materials, construction, and context to create innovative and sensitive designs. He has experience working with prominent architecture firms such as Foster + Partners and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. His notable projects include the Zayed National Museum and the extension to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva. In addition, Luca maintains his own award-winning architecture practice, Luca Poian Forms, where he continues to explore new techniques in design and architecture. His work has received recognition and awards from the international architectural community.

Nacho

Ignacio leads the interior design studio at DesignTomorrow, bringing over two decades of international experience across high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Educated in the United States and Spain, he earned his BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from ETSAM Madrid. His design approach is rooted in narrative and emotion, resulting in spaces that are both deeply personal and precisely crafted.

Since joining the firm, he has directed the interiors for some of its most ambitious commissions, including a flagship residential development in Dubai and a major waterfront project in Abu Dhabi. Prior to DesignTomorrow, Ignacio worked with acclaimed studios such as Yoo and Finchatton, and contributed to civic and hospitality projects across Europe, Asia, and the US. His leadership ensures that interiors at DesignTomorrow are as thoughtful as they are transformative.

Fay

Fay is a qualified architect and urban designer (ARB, RIBA) with 10 years’ experience across mixed-use, workplace and residential projects, and a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. Leading the Urban Design team in DesignTomorrow’s London office, she is passionate about contextualised urban design and the relationship between buildings, public realm and the everyday life of a place. Design-led and thoughtful in her approach, Fay is strong at shaping clear concepts from complex briefs and translating them into spatially coherent, well-composed proposals. Enthusiastic and positive in energy, and highly collaborative as a team leader, she brings strong critical thinking, attention to detail and a steady clarity that helps teams protect design intent and develop meaningful work with care and precision.

George

George is a UK-registered architect with a decade of international experience. Before joining DesignTomorrow, he worked at Hawkins/Brown in London, leading projects like a sustainable timber-framed office, a metaverse-enabled innovation hub, and a flagship laboratory in Oxford. A passionate advocate for sustainable design, he has ensured projects meet BREEAM and WELL Standards and completed Passivhaus and Retrofit training. Proficient in BIM and experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams. George’s talent for hand drawing and illustration provides a powerful tool for effective communication with our clients.

Ibrahim

Ibrahim has dedicated over ten years to delivering large-scale master planning and local commercial developments. His expertise has helped form luxury real estate projects across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, with a keen interest in research with a strong commitment to user-centric strategies. He was previously EMEA Region lead for a North American tech company leading commercial real estate strategies for a 12,000 strong employee base, having lived in a wide array of vibrant countries working for firms such as Buro Ole Scheeren, UNStudio and Arup, Ibrahim has adopted a strong problem solving and systems thinking approach that adapts to challenges with a playful and fresh approach.

Bruno

Bruno is a BIM and digital design specialist with over ten years of experience supporting the delivery of complex, large-scale architectural projects. With an architectural background, he combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of design and project delivery, and specialises in BIM management, information standards, coordination workflows, and automation.

At DesignTomorrow, Bruno leads the development and implementation of BIM strategy and digital delivery processes across the studio. He drives consistency in modelling standards and information management, streamlines coordination and review procedures, and introduces data-driven tools that improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration across all project stages.

Alexander

Alexander is an architect with five years of experience in Europe and the Middle East. He graduated from the Royal College of Art, focusing on educational and commercial design, and has recently completed an eMBA at the London School of Economics. Working with renowned firms like Alford Hall Monaghan Morris, Jestico and Whiles, and Studio Seilern Architects he has gained experience in conceptual design, feasibility studies, RIBA stages 2-3 for residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects. Earlier in his career, Alexander worked on the developer-side in Slovakia, Ireland and UK formulating industrial projects with a focus on next-generation fuelling infrastructure and mobility.

Hanan

Hanan is a RIBA Chartered Architect with over a decade of international experience delivering complex, large-scale projects for leading firms across the Middle East. A highly qualified practitioner with a deep technical pedigree, she specializes in bridging the gap between ambitious concept design and buildable architectural reality.

Throughout her career, Hanan has collaborated with prominent international consultancies, managing the coordination of multidisciplinary teams on high-profile developments. Her approach is defined by a rigorous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of building systems, performance, and compliance.

Grounded in a spirit of collaboration, she is dedicated to ensuring that design intent is preserved through precise technical delivery and sophisticated project management, resulting in architecture that is both imaginative and highly functional.

Arian

Arian graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture from the American University of Sharjah, where he received the MAD Award in 2021. His work has earned international recognition, including the RIBA President’s Bronze Medal Entry in 2019 and the Undergraduate Global Winner in the Art category in 2023 for his project “Shelter at the End of Time.” Arian also led the winning ‘Architects in Residence Al-Ula’ team in 2022 and has taught digital modelling and rendering at his alma mater.

Dina

Dina is an architect educated at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, with professional experience at internationally renowned firms in New York. Her work spans design development, workplace strategy, and adaptive reuse, shaped by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and cultural context. At DesignTomorrow, she brings a collaborative and thoughtful approach to creating spaces that balance design clarity with environmental sensitivity. She is currently contributing to large-scale residential projects in the UAE, where her international perspective and design expertise strengthen the studio’s creative and technical depth.

Karim

Karim is an architect with international experience on complex, high-profile projects across the Middle East and Europe. At DesignTomorrow, he combines a strong technical foundation with a creative mindset, contributing to large-scale mixed-use, residential, and hospitality developments. Passionate about integrating sustainability and innovation, Karim ensures every project achieves a balance between functionality and design excellence. Before joining the team, he worked with renowned architects in France on landmark projects that shaped his approach to design and collaboration.

Carlo Alberto

Carlo is a UK-qualified architect with professional experience across the US, EMEA, and Asia. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Architectural Association in London. Before relocating to Dubai, Carlo gained international experience at renowned firms including Coop Himmelb(l)au, SOM, and Grimshaw, where he contributed to major infrastructure and commercial projects such as London Underground’s Euston Station, Salerno’s “Costa D’Amalfi” airport, and Corso Italia 23 in Milan.

Alvaro

Álvaro holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Architecture from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, along with a Master in BIM. With international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, he has worked on projects in Switzerland, China, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia spanning hospitality, residential, workplace, and cultural developments. At DesignTomorrow, Álvaro brings a creative and analytical approach, contributing to large-scale international projects. His work reflects a refined sensitivity to light, proportion, and context, and his master’s thesis, The Magic Mountain, was recognized among the best architectural projects in Spain and Latin America.

Saanchi

Saanchi is a graduate of Sushant School of Art and Architecture, where she was recognised as a merit scholar, she holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Saanchi worked as a junior building designer at BDP, India, for a year, focusing on commercial and urbanism projects. She has also participated in various design competitions, securing winning entries, including first place in the Inspireli Design Competition 2023 in the Urban Design category and the World Architecture Community Awards 45th cycle. Currently, Saanchi is an architect at DesignTomorrow’s Dubai studio.

Yara

Yara is a graduate from the American University of Sharjah, where she pursued a Bachelor of Architecture, and was the recipient of the AIA Medal of Academic Excellence and the Dean’s Award of Academic Excellence for having the highest GPA upon graduation. In 2023, Yara attended Kingston University in London for a Net Carbon Zero Architecture summer program and was awarded best project and design.

Sapta

Sapta is an architect with international experience in the UAE, UK, and Indonesia, working across residential, mixed-use, and urban-scale developments. He holds a Master’s in Computational Methods in Architecture from Cardiff University, where he explored digital fabrication and generative design. Prior to his current role at DesignTomorrow, Sapta collaborated with design studios in Jakarta and Cardiff, contributing to both built and research-led projects. His approach blends parametric tools with a sensitivity to context, culture, and sustainability.

Akhil

Akhil is an Architect at DesignTomorrow working across concept design, computational thinking, and technical development. A graduate with an honorary Bachelors in Architecture, his academic record is defined by exceptional performance and a deep commitment to architectural excellence. Throughout his career, Akhil has worked with international firms on large-scale mixed-use and hospitality developments across the region. His professional expertise spans from pre-concept ideation to detailed schematic design, where he focuses on maintaining design integrity through technical coordination and complex spatial studies.

At DesignTomorrow, Akhil integrates performance-driven sustainability and advanced BIM workflows to bridge the gap between creative iteration and buildable reality. His approach is grounded in a curiosity for how architecture evolves through digital exploration, ensuring that every design is both intellectually resolved and precisely executed.

Hamza

Hamza is a certified RIBA architect with experience across residential, cultural, and adaptive reuse projects. At DesignTomorrow, he has contributed to large-scale residential and master planning projects, as well as international design competitions. His work reflects a thoughtful, design-led approach that balances technical proficiency with a commitment to sustainable and context-driven architecture. Before joining the studio, Hamza gained recognition in initiatives such as the Epidemic Urbanism and CIBSE Student Design competitions.

Nadim

Nadim is an architect and graduate of the American University of Sharjah, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Architecture. His experience spans master planning, residential, and interior projects across the region, bringing together design creativity and technical precision. At DesignTomorrow, Nadim contributes to large-scale developments with a focus on detail, innovation, and collaboration.

Joan

Joan first joined DesignTomorrow as a summer intern during her studies at the American University of Sharjah, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Architecture with Latin honors. Her work explores how material behavior, craftsmanship, and process inform meaningful spatial experiences. At DesignTomorrow, she combines creativity with technical precision, contributing to cultural and residential projects as well as research-led design studies. Joan’s academic and professional work has been showcased in exhibitions such as Dubai Design Week and A Worm’s-Eye View: Towards an Architecture, and she has been recognized with the Global Undergraduate Award and multiple academic excellence scholarships.

Yomna

Yomna is a junior architect and designer with a Bachelor of Architecture from the American University of Sharjah. Her work sits at the intersection of sustainable thinking, spatial exploration, and hands-on making, moving fluidly between sketching, model-making, digital modelling, and visual storytelling. Her work has been recognized through awards and exhibitions, including a competition win at Dubai Design Week and an award in Sharjah for Undergraduate Research in Sustainability. She has also had work exhibited at SALT Galata in Istanbul as part of a rehabilitation proposal, reflecting an interest in culturally rooted and socially driven design.

At DesignTomorrow, she brings a calm, detail-driven mindset to design development and production, with a strength for translating concepts into clear drawings, prototypes, and compelling visuals across different scales and typologies.

Zeena

Based at DesignTomorrow’s London office , Zeena is a highly accomplished designer with a distinguished academic record. An Architectural Association (AA) graduate with an MArch Diploma (ARB/RIBA Part II) , her accolades include an Honours Commendation, Distinction for Best Thesis, and a nomination for the RIBA Bronze Medal. She also holds a First Class Honours degree from the University of Manchester. Zeena’s professional expertise spans complex urban masterplanning and high-profile cultural delivery in London. She has contributed to landmark residential and masterplan schemes across the city, bringing a rigorous approach to large-scale developments.

At DesignTomorrow, Zeena applies her expertise to the studio’s urban design projects, bridging the gap between large-scale strategy and precise architectural execution. Her contribution to DesignTomorrow is defined by a sophisticated approach to sustainability and modularity, utilizing advanced BIM and digital workflows to ensure design intent is preserved from concept to site installation.

Melissa

Melissa is the heartbeat of DesignTomorrow. As Office Manager, she looks after the life of the studio, our people, our clients, our space, and the place we call home. Her vibrant energy fills the office, creating a welcoming environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and instinctive sense of care, Melissa keeps everything and everyone connected. Outside the studio, she is a certified yoga teacher who often rallies the team for a stretch or moment of calm, inspiring wellness and balance in the everyday rhythm of DesignTomorrow.

Shell

Shell is a bid coordinator with over ten years of experience supporting design teams through complex tender and proposal processes, including major bids within leading design consultancies. She brings a highly structured, detail-driven approach to coordination, with a sharp eye for the nuances that make submissions clearer, stronger, and more compliant.
